Happy WOYWW peoples! It's another Wednesday trip around the Blogland world visiting other crafty people. Pop over to sarahs craft shed to find out more. I'm still spread everywhere, mostly in the kitchen, although, I can now see a small space in my craft room...but that's not usable for Gelliprinting! No room to roll that roller up and down and sideways! I'm still playing Ceri The Crafter's July Challenge #gelypostcardplay, and am in the middle of doing No 24...Ummm, still deciding on the colour of the card! So not really starting at all!
Loving the backgrounds on those cards Lyn. Good luck finding an area to gel print on. You can tell it's the summer holidays because I have had a lie in! Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah
ReplyDeleteI do it on the other kitchen counter, bit more elbow room there! The other side is really for chopping and die cutting! Happy WOYWW!?
ReplyDeleteThe problem I have with Gelliprinting is that I don't know when to stop and end up with stacks of paper everywhere so I understand about needeing lots of space. Look forward to seeing what you do with them. Take care and have a good woyww whatever you decide to do. Hugs Angela x11X
ReplyDeleteThe nice thing about gelli printing, and not liking your print, is you can go over it again with something you do like! Also gelli prints are great for ripping up and using in collages or journals, and the ones you don't like now, may be just the thing you need when you rip a piece off! Lots of fun gelli-prints! I hardly have room on my kitchen counter to prepare food - I do all my prep on my stove! Have a wonderful week, Lindart #15
ReplyDeleteI don't have room to gel print either, which is a shame having bought a plate years ago! just no space to dry pages. one day, one day!! happy WOYWW Helen #1
ReplyDeleteI don’t think those gelli prints are bleurgh at all, the colours really pop to my eyes! I think you’ll have a fun time using them in different projects.

You are doing great, you just gotta keep, keeping on!🤣. Add another layer if you do like the colour, but they look good to me. Happy WOYWW. Angela #12
ReplyDeleteLooks like fun!
ReplyDeleteYou have some beautiful colours there.
I recently bought a gel plate. Time to give it a whorl.

yes you must! The more you play the more you want to play!
DeleteWhen I see other people's pulls I think yeah I can do that and then mine turn out like that word you said "blurphhh"! I think I always see them in isolation and not as broken up parts used in a collage maybe? Have a sunny week, Lisa-Jane #9, www.prettymypage.co.uk
ReplyDeleteI do the same, everyone elses are brilliant, but I think I'm improving!
ReplyDeleteSuper gelli prints, I really ought to have another go at it. Ceri would be the right person to follow methinks. Hugs BJ#13
ReplyDeleteWell that was another challenge I could have done - but I think I had enough on my plate - I love using my Gelli plates though. I am very late commenting this week...I had a virtual retreat this weekend which spanned Thursday to Sunday. I would like to say I actually got some of the workshops finished!! Happy WOYWW! Susan #5
