Sometime last week, I said I was a rubbish blogger when it comes to Blog Awards. The lovely Dawn, over Dawns Crafting gave me a lovely Tinkerbell Award a million years ago (I blogged about it last week) and the lovely Michelle (Thistle) has sent me 'One Lovely Blog' Award as did Nicky, Sunshine Girl but luckily I did have this all nicely typed out in draft and then forgot it (again) So....here it is now, re-vamped (as it was about a month old...oops!! ) Now the Tinkerbell Award has to be passed on to seven lovely bloggers and the 'One Lovely Blog' is for fifteen..x 2 so....(I was never good at maths!) so that's 3o!! Blog Awards from Betty,Shirley, Anne, Eiglas and Sam!

I've been really naughty and haven't been spreading any Blog Awards about for ages, so here I am spreading them about now. Thank you to Liverpool Lou (Anne), Nannieflash, (Shirley) and this one at the top is from the lovely, the one and only Eiglas , and Sam from Sam's Shack, who does all the 'workings' (and much more) behind the scenes at OSAAT and last but by no means least, (drum roll pleaasssse!!) Betty The Baglady!
No I'm not being rude, she's a Baglady and that's one of the rules when accepting this first award, you have to tell six, or was it seven, absolutely truthful lies about yourself, which should be very easy! Six truths and one lie or one lie and six truths...you figure it out!

But first I must say I'm very sorry not to put these on here sooner and there's two, which I'm extremely sorry to say I've forgotten where they've come from, and no, I haven't started the fibbing bit yet!! Here we go.....

1. I once jumped off the Isle of Wight ferry after my brand new very expensive hand bag fell over board, luckily a passing mermaid saved me, as I'd forgotten I couldn't swim but left me stranded on a very large buoy in the middle of the Solent, where I was rescued by a navy helicopter, piloted by seven Chippendale's and a dwarf.
2. Dressed as a clown, wearing a yellow wig and stripped tights and a big red nose, I've painted pretty faces on the balding heads of members of the British Army, after of course, they put their guns down.
3. In my twenties I bungee jumped off San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge wearing nothing but a fig leaf with Elvis Presley's twin brother, who poohed his pants and lost his wig.
4. I've written sixteen books on 'How to do Everything Better', under the sudo name of I.M. Damgood. Last week, at a local book signing, David Cameron bought two copies and asked me to sign his copy as well as one for Nick Glegg.
5. I love house work and my mansion home is spotless, even the cat has been trained to wipe it's feet and use the loo. All the ironing is done straight away and I never use my ironing board to craft on. Hubby never has to cook, as we employ Jamie Oliver to come in on his days off. We once employed Nigella Lawson, but had to sack her for eating my secret supply of chocolate.
6. I've abseiled down Nelson's column dressed as a pink Polar bear and was attacked by a flock of flesh eating pigeons, luckily I had peanuts with me and he, Charley Brown and Snoopy drove them away in a Mini Cooper.
7. This has taken me about thirty nine seconds to write as I'm extremely clever and have an iQ of 298 . I never tell fibs and one of these lies is true!

Lovely Awards From Elena, Shirley and Jackie

Here I am running around like a headless goose. (shouldn't that be chicken?) no...gooses are bigger. (gooses??) But then I realised , it's FRIDAY!!! The end of the week! And tomorrow's Saturday!! Last weekend was weird. It sort of melted into the rest of the week because we did a bit of dog sitting and cat sitting and a bit of chicken sitting too! How d'you sit a chicken? Well, it's almost the same as sitting dogs, only they don't like bonio, they won't bring back the ball when you throw it and you daren't drive the car with the window open! Why am I here? It's in the Title!! Blog Awards!! I love 'em don't you. I've been saving them up! I've received these Awards from Shirley, Jackie and Gvendalen. 2. I used to be a Clown called Nosey Rosey Posey and entertained at children's parties by painting their faces.

1 I used to draw cartoons and cartoon strips for national and local papers and magazines.
2. I'm writing a five part novel. So that's five separate books about the same thing, sort of!
3.The first chapter was in the top ten out of 46.000 entries in a TV show (aw shame it didn't win!)
4 I was the only child in the history of my primary school not to be allowed to take the 11 plus. I was told the day I left that school I was probably dyslexic and that would 'explain a lot'
5 I used to teach playschool.
6 I used to have seven ponies Tesha, Tami, Tony, Tawny, Tia, Teko and Tizzy...and when I first left school I trained to be a Riding Instructor.
7 oh! and I'm going to be a granny any minute now!

 Well, I seem to be blogger favourite at 'banning' this week  I have no idea why this post was banned, its soooo old!! I've taken off the badges pictures... and all the links to the blogs. Maybe that will help!

 

 I have been given this lovely 'Friends' Award from Anne. Anne is better known to most of you forum fanciers as Toni44. Her blog's quite new but she has some fabbylous cards in her forum gallery and I'm sure she'll soon be posting them all so we all can see!  I'm also bringing up three Awards from older posts, which I didn't finish listing AND a 4th one from way-way back, ages ago in fact (made by and given to me by Mel..those lovely Frogs!) that I forgot all about passing on,(naughty me!!) mainly because blogger was playing up at the time and you may not have received your email telling you about them! It''s Monday...(no kidding!) and that long wibbly wobbly walk along that wobble blank starts all over again. Of course if you weren't here last week, you have no idea what I'm talking about, but that's okay, (she whispers)...no body else does either...even the cat's looking puzzled. But even Mondays seem a whole lot brighter when another blogger gives you a Blog Award. Thank you Queenie! Blog Awards: Past & New: Thank you- 12 Year OLd POst Banned: INFORMATION DELETED!

22/7/22: THIS POST IS !" 12 YEARS OLD! And I've just had  it banned by blogger. At first I thought WHY? And then I realised. If any of you still have these question and answer thingies on your blogs, DELETE it now ....there's sooooo much information you are giving away to  potential fraudsters without even realising it! 12 years on from this post and we know better!!!    Read the questions I'm asked. I've deleted my answers!

Sorry not to have blogged or done hardly any blog hopping, but we're still dog sitting! (Poor dogs!) and that's all we seem to be doing...walking dogs!

I've been very naughty and not passing on my blog Awards for ages and seeing I'm here, Dog Sitting, and not at home, missing my craft room (actually hubby says it's hard to tell, the only difference is...there's a sofa bed in the room, nearly everything else is the same...paper everywhere, a couple of boxes of 'stuff', computer, printer (Hubby's sooo lovely, he went and got it for me!) the cat...yep... Frog the cat's here too! She spends most of her time under my desk were the computer is or on the bed, or wherever I am, so there's no difference there. Of course we can't let her out, the dogs would probably eat her! Now, there are loads of questions to go with the first two Awards and I have to answer them all! Phew!!! That took ages, but I think I'm up to date now...just a few more names to add, and also more links as they didn't work! I hope all the links that are there work!!
