One Stitch At A Time Challenge goes Live!!!

It's Noon!! (or a bit after...) and the
New Challenge blog goes live!!!
The first Challenge to get all your creative juices flowing is...
(drum roll please Sid...)
Stitching!!!!
Now this can be real stitching, (for the clever ones) drawn stitching, peel off stitching, rub on stitching and even that lovely hand made paper with stitching all ready on it! Any thing you can make that will show stitching any where on your work of art will meet the challenge!
Simples!!
And of course there's candy! Including a GDT Spot and a choice of 3 Digi images from the boss lady herself...
Also, there will be a little badge for you to place on your side bar if you come first, second, or third in the Challenge!
Click on the 'Stitchy' banner below to take you quickly to the Challenge Blog!! You can also take this badge and place it on your sidebar with a link back to 'One Stitch at A Time'. Then you'll always know where to find us!

UPDATE** The banner has now been changed and can be found on my side bar. Look for the Stitchy Bear banner, it will take you to the new shop!!

All of us on the DT team have been very busy (and have aged ten years) making all sorts of lovelies with Stitchy's Digital creations. You of course can use ANYTHING... (with in reason!) last weeks dinner, dead animals and old socks, will be frowned upon!! although not completely dismissed if you follow the challenge, which is... Just to remind you!! STITCHING. but!! if you do use any of Stitchy's lovely Digital images, you get to go into the draw twice!
I've chosen to use the lovely...

Miss Weeble
Don't you think she's cute! Do you remember the Weebles wobble and they don't fall down? I loved-I mean my girls loved playing with them for hours...we had a house and a little car and a little cart with a horse..and...anyway...

In the making of my card I used papers from The Crafthouse Press book , 'Papers Papers Papers' which is full of loads of lovely papers (of course) that you just pull out. I added, peel-offs, and used Promaker pens to colour in Miss Weeble.
The
punched out sign at the bottom reads 'Love' according to the punch, but on my peel-offs, it's called 'Blessed'
The flowers
were made by punching out five hearts and adhering them together and adding that lovely pearl brad. My stitching?? I can't sew for toffee! (chocolate maybe!) so I used my fine line maker pen and some ribbon with zig-zag stitching running through it.
So??? What are you waiting for! A very easy challenge to get you all started!! Back later...to add the inside pictures of my card and where you can get the free font I used...or to change all of the above and hide!

*The font I used inside my card is called 'Cute'. It's quite a hard one to find because of the name, you tend to get loads of 'cute' font but I tracked it down and you can download it for free HERE
