Time for 'T is for Tuesday'...just!

 Yum! That does look good...and if I hadn't already eaten those cookies...they'd be gone! I'm running late as usual, so I'll be quick! Here's my T for Tuesday post. Actually, no...these first two pictures were last weeks, but I really did run out of time and didn't post in the end. And, as you can see...or not see...no crafting at all! (apart from Hubby's Valentine pop up box seen in the last post)

Out with the dog, Arlo who was staying with us these past couple of weeks,and spotted this bent tree and thought, I'd take a picture and then take another one in the summer to see what the difference is...a lot greener I should think, and most likely some small black cows standing under it in the shade.

 

 Now... this is this weeks pictures. We don't normally buy the ready meals, (because John's a really good cook!) although years back the Tesco meal deals were very good (and you got wine too!) These two food packs were from M&S, and quite honestly, they were horrible!  John chose the Lamb Hot Pot and I had the Chicken in red wine... yuk!  Couldn't eat it. It really was as bad as it looks! 

 Last week wasn't good for us as one of our family passed away and we've been busy doing what you have to do when that happens. Then we were really glad to spend the afternoon chasing balls down on the beach with Arlo. Throw a dog a ball, and you have one very happy dog! We walked along the beach and I ended up having Hot Chocolate and John had a beer, in the cafe on the cliff top. You'll have to imagine that, as I didn't take a picture! It's Time For T for Tuesday, Day

 It is Tuesday here, about half past Three in the morning, and all is quiet. Mr Jinx the cat, is snoring and my cup of Hot Chocolate, is cold and me? I'm still Tidying up.  Above is my said mug with Monkey on it who used to advertise PG Tips Tea. I got it from a Charity shop for £1.50 complete with Monkey wearing a fressing gown!  There's a spoon in it because I love to add a dollop of Nutella. I haven't bought Nutella since waaay before the Lockdown.  I wouldn't buy it because of the hoo-haa about Palm Oil. Orangutans, The Rain Forest, child labour and cancer, it's been staring at me every time I open the cupboard door, hubby bought it, it was on offer.

Here's my Tidying up... Any scraps I have usually get die cut. I lost the 'A' a few weeks back, it fell on the floor at my feet, and then, disappeared into another dimension before I could bend down and pick it up, so I was glad I had a few already cut out.

 I had a practice at home first, although the hall wall wasn't really long enough and they wanted it longer and not so wiggly...so continuing from last week.... here's the first bit of black paint on the orange wall...

T For Tuesday, tree, and a nice treat.

 

It's T for Tuesday again.  Sorry I'm late! I thought I'd add this...Tree, in it's own post. I was comissioned waaaay back, just before covid, by my daughter's boss, to paint a black tree on their orange office wall.  I've been using the picture as a profile image, as I thought is was about time I added a more resent picture of me...even if it is a view from behind. (yes, I used to ride horses!) I can see it as my profile here as I type this, but usually when I leave a comment it goes back to the old Selfie Picture of Me and Him in Seattle years ago! when I had more hair! 

 This is what the tree looked like when finished and later everyone in the office added a black frame containing their thoughts, dreams and hopes. (I'll add more pictures when I can find them!)

 We went to the Bournemouth Air Show, where we had  booked to watch the show and have a lovely chicken or fish with pawns salad with a yummy pudding, followed later by cream tea. (Jam, clotted cream and scones and tea or coffee)  all on the beach, under  a  rather fabulous marquee. On entering we had some bubbly. (This picture  was taken at another time but it's the same bubbly!)

The Red Arrows preformed brilliantly! 

 

  Although later the show was halted after a small 'wingwalker' plane had to ditch into Poole Harbour!  Luckily no one was hurt!

And one last picture from Lady Pam's carer Helen... after making tea was washing up, and suddenly screamed!! She thought there was a squirrel in the washing up water! Happy T Day!!

 

 

Tea For Tuesday...

 

 It's still T for Tree (for T stands for Tuesday...) as not much has changed this week I'm afraid. I've been trying to get my gnome to move around the tree, but it's really too wide, so you only get a bit of the gnome on one side, a bit more of him on the other side and then hardly any of him when he's in the doorway (mostly his feet) so I added a Terricotta pot for him to carry, after first trying another gnome beneath him, but had to take him off coz his hat showed half way up the other gnome's body, making it look as if he was carrying a red cucumber...and a bit rude! (it appeared a bit like he was hiding behind the tree and then popping out and flashing at you!) So I changed it to some Travelling suitcases and then went back to fixing the flowerpot just below him again...

 

 T for Tea cup...filled with cold hot chocolate (still nice!)

T is for train...  and turn table. We had a lovely day at Exbury Gardens, here in the New Forest with the grandkiddies so of course we had to ride on the little Train... 

Hubby's been adding some Teak oil to the Teak garden furniture, which I won in a garden magazine competition years and years ago, and it's still going strong...although it doesn't look much here at Three o'clock in the morning!

Then it's T for Toilet rolls that I'm hoping to turn in to 'leather'. I've been meaning to do this for months, so it's next on my list. And lastly...at Three minutes past Three in the morning...Tomates. Looking more like Triffids in the dark!

And not to forget!! Which I nearly did, ATC's.  Below are the ATC's that were sent to me and turned up last Thursday!...

 And below are some of the ones I made with envelopes ... not sure which ones I sent now...They might not be there. Any one that wants one, just let me know! That's it! Have a Lovely  T for TUESDAY
