As you can see it's by Lawn Fawn, just right with all the birds and squirrels on the real bird table! I should've added more bitterflies there are 'billions' of them in the garden!

It's Wednesday, What's on your Worktop?? #801 #802, #803, #804,
Happy WOYWW!? Well, there's nothing on my worktop that wasn't there last time I posted, as I've had no internet...well, it was there but for some reason my laptop couldn't find it! Meanwhile, I have been sorting out all my crafty trollies and wheely things, hoping I can get some order into my very chaotic messy crafty space...which of course, at the moment, has been for a few months now, taking up the whole of my bungalow... so...

A late What's on my Worktop Wednesday! #740
![]() |
...Not a lot on this very late WOYWW!? post, as I'm still working in the kitchen...(show you what I've been up to in the next post or maybe the next) -and on the ironing board in the living room. Which is a little bit bare as I'm actually going to do a bit of ironing later...honest! The iron's there, just out of shot, ready! As you can see, it's some Tim Holtz goodies. I succumbed late the other night, in the earley hours of the morning, watching youtube on my phone...Everyone has Tim Holtz stuff...it came up on an Amazon ad (while Tim was on) ...buy these two 'idea-ology' together...so I did. They came together the next day...but in two different Amazon envelopes. (keep them for something later) SO? Why are these so dear? Because they are aren't they? The lables, which I've put in a little tin and the note book of words...but I love them and am soooo glad I have them.
So glad I have some of his Distress Oxides and Inks too. And I have his idea-ology 12x12 pads. Hubby bought it for me last year. As you can see I've been playing with paint again...and stencils and Distress Oxide and a bit of a water spray and...a touch of Comic Shimmer Mist, along with some bronze and metalic paint, oh....and a bit of stamping. It looks better in real life. My printer is still not printing right, so this comes out a bit dull and missing most of the colours. But I've saved it, so perhaps one day I'll use it to make something...or use this one. That'll teach me not to buy from a different ink place even though they were a bit cheaper and had more ink in them, they haven't lasted very long at all. John used to fill up my ink from little bottles with little needles, and they lasted for ages and printed beautifully. I've had a go, he never used to let me, 'No! you'll make too much mess!' He was right there! I can't get the little needles into the holes...(it's okay, I know which hole to put the right coloured ink in) unless you're suppose to really push them in...but there's a thought, there's all that ink still out in his 'studio' (old shed) waiting for me to have a play with it! (oho, watch this space!) I hope the link to Stamping Ground is still working! Happy WOYWW!? .....yes it is!! Thank you for stopping by!

Happy Aniversary to Me and Him Indoors
I'm about three posts behind this week already! I'll add the other bunny cards as promised next...hopefully, but, this card's had to push in, coz it's our aniversary today and this is the card I've made. I was wondering what to do, as I don't think I can ever match the mad motorbike card I made him ages ago or the bench card. Have I posted that yet? Ohoo, maybe I haven't! If that's the case, I'll add that after the bunnies!
I was crafting away listening to Sam Calcott on YouTube make something, and the video rolled on to her making this type of 5x7 'Lock and Pop gate fold card.' I quicky did all the folding and scoring (wondering why there was a half inch fold at either end) when, suddenly, Sam gets out one of her lovely die-cuts to add to the ends that make the front of the card and make them all flowery and die-cuttyingly, gorgeous, which of course I haven't got, so, me, being the worst 'measurer' in the world just added plane ordinary front bits for the 'gates' to make the card the right size. Only... it was too big by a tiny miniscule spidgen to fit into a 5x7 envelope. All the dies used on that topper, came from The Works. (The tiny hearts are the leftovers from a Tim Holts Sizzix thinlits die, see! I throw nothing away!)Anyway, this is the back of the card, sitting in all the mess it took to make it! The Butterfly paper is 'Perhaps,' Basic Grey.com. I've had it for years, never wanting to cut into it, well, I've done it now! I have a few more, different ones, bought back in the day when a whole 12x12 pack was unheard of at my local craft shop, because they'd be so expensive! That's it for today, we are going, OUT! Stay Safe, thanks for stopping by!

Happy Birthday Pat. Another Year Older, Tomorrow!
We might be in lockdown with time on our hands and all the things we said we'd do we've already done in the last lockdowns, but I, in my head that is, still have sooo much to do, I'm getting to the point of just saying... I'll do it tomorrow. BUT (see want I mean?) TODAY (oh shucks) I'm going to start posting my newest makes and then catch up with my oldest ones? Why? Does it matter? So, HapPY Birthday Pat! (Brother In Law, pub landlord, likes boats and fishing) I made this card 'specialy for you.
Card: I first covered the blank card in gold mirri and then some Tim Holtz paper from his idea-ology pad. Bottle Tops...see? Pat has a pub...a few actually. Then, so I could keep all the fiddly bits on the cats, I stamped the snarky cats straight onto the card over the bottle caps, then also stamped them onto some 160gsm smooth paper, coloured them with ProMarkers and cut them out. (Cutting off their fiddly bits) Then stuck them over the stamped images so there'd still be fiddly bits. I cut a slit in one of the cat's arms so he could hold the fish, then stuck on another arm so he could hold the milk bottle. I really wanted the sentiment to say fish, not milk (hence adding the milk bottle) but then I thought maybe copywrite rules might apply here.
The open card is completely different. One huge big gold fish with an enormous gaping mouth with a tiny 'Pat' inside calling for help! The freebie papers are called 'Gone Fishing' and were from #192Papercraft Inspirations (July 2019)On the back of the card is a place to write, where I used a sheet from #189PaperCrafts Inspiration called 'Coastal Charm' 'On Deck' (from July 2018) The papers had got mixed together and luckily for me two WOYWWers Crafting with Jack and Mary Ann, (Both brilliant messy papercrafters, go see!) came to my rescue so I could refile them in the right place! (I know! I'm very messy but I like my files in the right place!) https://www.gathered.how/papercraft/card-making/free-coastal-fishing-village-patterned-papers/ And the Big Fish ones, also listed as Father's Day Papers, you can find here
That's it from me, supposed to be going out for the 'Daily Excerise' but...really should stay here, in the warm, tiding up my craftroom! Thank you for stopping by! I Hope to find some...
