It's WOYWW 650!

Morning, afternoon to all WOYWW fans. Nip over to The Stamping Ground and Join in! I'm typing this very quick coz I can log in to Julia's (yay!!) but that could change at any second... here is a link (just to the page but not to the post)

Here's my bench this week at precisely or near enough, one o'clock this morning.

Not too much activity, mostly stuff left over from making sis in laws card in an earlier post, where's there's links to some of those freebie papers  you can see on the left. I had a push back moment when my mags arrived at the same time as we got back from shopping...well, hubby did the shopping and I raided the Charity Craft shop, but not much this week.

And here's this weeks freebie before it's been 'beefed up' a bit, on the kitchen counter. I haven't loaded it up yet as, although my scanner has power, my laptop can't 'see' it! Damn thing! I threatened it by saying I'd use my old computer, but it didn't work... it must know the scanner isn't connected to it. Sorry, no freebie till much later...

Freebie is on it's way!!! Thank you for stopping by Happy WOYWW!

  1. Well, your desk shows a lot more activity has been going on than mine! I gather the push back technique is favoured by many, lol, I just can’t do that with fabric so have to keep my desk clear. Hope your computer woes can be sorted!

  2. Hi Lyn, that is a very sweet design and bet it will be even better when you've coloured it. Pleased to see I'm not the only one trying to use up those free papers. Have a lovely woyww, Angela x15x

  3. Oh you made me laugh! No, the fence isn’t growing toward us!! My workroom door used to face the back garden, now since we’ve extended it faces the side, which is now a courtyard size patio area. Well, that’s what it will be when we remove all the building debris and sort ourselves out for next spring. It’s been a long project, this one!
Is that a snowman one person teapot I see on your desk? what bliss! Love that you have all this stuff but still excited by a good find in the charity shop, that’s why the likes of you and I will never manage a truly clear desk….!

    1. Julia, it's a snowman mug, specially made for hot chocolate. The lid/hat is a shaker! You put cocoa power in there and then shake it over your froffy topped hot choclate as see in the T for Tueday post.

  4. I love seeing all your designs. I feel your pain with the "not talking to each other" but luckily I have a computer whiz in the house. Between us most things get sorted... eventually!Your comments on my blog always brighten my day, BTW. Thanks ,

  5. Oh that's a cute design!! However, what is a magnet pen? (Or am I misreading it). Don't you just love pushback? I have to be careful these days though as my table is currently an island and pushing back can have unforeseen consequences.....Have a lovely week, love n hugs Cindy xx #14

  8. A busy desk! I am sure machines have tantrums and refuse to speak to each other. It is so frustrating. Happy WOYWW Angela #7

  10. not sure if callicarpa would grow in a pot - the shrub at Kew those berries were on, is huge.....fab colour, aren't they! Well done on your charity find, the ones round here don't seem to have useful stuff, or perhaps I just don't look. Happy WOYWW Helen #2

Wish I could teach you to crochet, I taught a bunch of ladies a few years ago. My Crochet Club blog could inspire you, it was what I did with the ladies. http://ccrochetclub.blogspot.com/
