It's another WOYWW day. Come and join in, pop over to the Stamping Ground and link! Hope you're all well, and not covered in snow...(we had flakes of it yesterday) First, apologies for not getting round to everyone last week but will doubly try harder this week. First pic... my scanner wouldn't scan my freebie... (panic!) The laptop scene stayed black! (more panic...and loads of chocolate biscuits to calm my nerves!) Turned the thing off and on a couple of times, threatened it with a trip to the tip... and hey presto...it worked.
This is next in the pile, with stuff pushed back... Link to freebie papers, scroll down to last post. My stamping whatnot. Tip: If you can only find one of your magnets...look at the one you still have, cos the lost one will be stuck to it like a lovesick frog on a gold fish (Long story) Next, is some stamps and dies for a couple of penny spinner cards I've been doing. (comimg up in another post...more bunnies) Bunny ears peeking out from that little flower pot. (which should be in the garden on a stick catching earwigs)
And here's a sneak peek of Bunnies from the post coming up sometime soon, depending on the weather. Whether its raining, snowing or sun shinning! Cos I'll either be indoors in the warm or out in the garden! Well, that's
Ha! Technology - threatening it can work and yes, chocolate helps. The glossy bunnies are very cute, look forward to seeing them at a later date, but the lovesick frog and the goldfish sounds too good to let go - tell us more! Next week, perhaps? :D Totally agree with the magnets - those puppies are STRONG. No snow for us here in Dorset, or at least not my part of it, although Alexa did say to expect it, she lies, as usual. Stay warm and craft on...
ReplyDeleteHappy WOYWW day!

Those bunnies are so cute! I love the detailing. Do Promarkers come with coloured dots now?? We haven't purchased any for so long but we made our own dots for the lids. We're about to swap them to another case and see which colours we're missing. Stay safe and keep smiling, Lisa-Jane #9
ReplyDeleteOh dear, chocolate biscuits - they always cheer up the doldrums don't they.
ReplyDeleteSuch an annoyance when something won't work and then suddenly it does, just shows it has a temper of its own. Glad you got it working in the end.
Bunnies and Gnomes sound lovely - this cold weather and snowflakes - NOT!
Hugs, Neet 4 xx
Looks like a right old pickle with the pro-markers, hope they are all sorted now. Loved your update of your garden and glad I have inspired you. Maybe some pictures sometime but it isn't half freezing out there just now, pond frozen over for the 2nd day running! Eeeek. Thanks for the visit BJ#5
ReplyDelete"threatened it with a trip to the tip" I'll see if that works for me too LOL! I'm surprised that those Promarkers haven't dried up if they're that old. They must be pretty good if they still work. Cute bunnies! Happy WOYWW! zsuzsa #21
ReplyDeleteRestarting a computer always works wonders Lyn - I had to do it to mine to get the internet to work this morning. I don't use Promarkers that often but I do have a blank sheet that I coloured in with the ones I have so I know what are still missing. Great sneak peeks of upcoming projects. Stay safe and happy WOYWW. Sarah #7
ReplyDeleteHi Lyn. Quite agree. Chocolate biscuits are the only answer! I needed to do some scanning the other day... turned on at the mains.... computer told me no scanner was available. Oh no!!! Not again!!! What's this lead? Just hanging around on top of the scanner??? Oh yes... try plugging it into the computer - guess what... scanner worked! Uh oh - age related brain fog!
ReplyDeleteLove your bunnies! Cute - and loved your life story.
Take care. God bless.

Turning off and on again is always my go to fix when technology plays up. Surprising how often it works. Love your bunnies!! Have a great week, stay well, stay safe, love n hugs Cindy #16 xx
ReplyDeleteOh my Magnets now there's a thing! I couldn't find one of mine that belonged to my stamping platform and what do you know....it was stuck under the platform all the time! I have often found with computers that if they don't want to do something the best thing is to switch them off and count to ten then switch them back on and usually they come back to life. Loving the bunnies and your busy desk, mine is having a rest at the moment. Sending big hugs and wishing you a very happy and creative woyww, Angela x17x
ReplyDeleteComputers can be wonderful and a pain all at the same time. My promarkers are old as well so have to be emptied out to be used in a similar way! I love the sneak peak of the bunnies. Happy WOYWW. Take care and stay safe. With love & God Bless, Caro xxx (#14)
ReplyDeletemy computer is on the blink too I think... I am naughty and leave it on when I should turn it off at night and stuff, and it's started making noises.... Love the cute bunnies! have a good week. Helen #1
ReplyDeleteI am grinning because, ( I haul my duplicate pencils to a drawer at work because, sometimes when I am done working and in hurry up and wait mode for some reason. I end up coloring there) hopefully you find you safe place soon when you do put them away. Those bunnies look really sweet Lyn. ~Stacy #26
ReplyDeleteTechnology can be a pain at times. Chocolate is such a great help when I am in a tizz! Works wonders! Happy WOYWW and have a great week Angela #6
ReplyDeleteSometimes you have to threaten your technology with the tip, Lyn, to show who's boss! It often behaves after that. This stuff really shows personality at times, doesn't it. Thank you for your visit, and I see what you mean about bunny ears! I'm glad you enjoyed a good giggle over my various bits and pieces this week, and thank you for your good wishes over the pants issue. Hopefully all will be well this time, but it's always tinged with some worry, given their previous record of messing up royally. Keep an eye out next Easter at Lidl for suitable eggs for your daughter. This egg is delicious as well as really beautiful and unusual.
ReplyDeleteHappy belated WOYWW,

So glad you got your computer to work! My desk is a mess, but I am slowly getting it cleaned off, lol...
ReplyDeleteOf chocolate biscuits are the answer, I’m going to get my printer to work again, no trouble! Oh the panic when it doesn’t work and you know people are expecting it. Argh. Love the sneaky peek of the bunnies, you colour wonderfully. I’m not too far from you and honestly, it’s too cold for the garden variety bunny pics at the moment!
ReplyDeleteComputers a wonderful when they work and little bu....s when they don't! Glad you got it working - it's so frustrating and sometimes there is no apparent reason for it. Take care - enjoy the crafting and the biscuits! xx Jo
ReplyDeleteHi there. Technology is wonderful when it's all going smoothly lol, otherwise I hate it!!!
ReplyDeleteChocolate all the way, though I shouldn't eat it as a biscuit or otherwise!
Not used my promarkers for ages :-(

At least its not out in my office any more!
ReplyDeleteJohn
At least the scanner's not out in my 'office' any more!
ReplyDeleteJohn
Bunnies and gnomes, just perfect!
ReplyDeleteMy issues with technology have been to do with my printer not doing what it should. Unfortunately I had no chocolate...
Happy WOYWW!
