Good Morning Crafters and WOYWW-ers ! And thank you to our Lovely host over at Stamping Ground for bringing us to this point in time! Have you ever actually tried that? Stamping ground? Probably with your feet but I'm guessing not with a rubber stamp...could start a new trend... but I think not! Mind you, seagulls do it, pitter-patter-pitter-patter, but the end product there is a nice big fat juicey worm. Not a stamped image of... whatever.
Soooo! Here's my worktop at this moment. I've being making birthday and anniversay cards...will show later. I do have a lot of scissors out...that's because the butterfly die wasn't cutting through the butterfly's head, so I had to snip it, carefully! and everytime I put my scissors down I can't find them, so I get another pair out. That roll of gold glittered paper is sticky, really nice and loads of it. The tower of stars and the door embossing folder was from that Crafty Charity shop near me...50p each. The little faver box on the far left I found at Lady Pam's. Still with the 2008 penny in it, the sweeties had gone of course. Right, that's it! Freeeebie is HERE (I forgot to link it before) Hubby wants to go somewhere, so...off we go! (and tomorrow we have dogs) See you all over on WOYWW!? Thank you for stopping by!
That charity shop near you is a little gold mine, isn’t it? You always seem to turn up interesting and useful things there - I bet that gold paper will be fab for all sorts of projects! Enjoy your days away, have fun!

Good morning! Your desk looks quite busy. I'm great about losing my pokey tool. I swear I need to buy them by the case! LOL Creative Blessings! ~Kelly #18

Hello Lyn, thank you for the snowman freebie, I downloaded it twice because the first time it went to my IPad. Two happy chaps! I punch on the ground for better umph, but not stamped yet π€£π€£. Not heard of GoFile before, looks interesting and self deleting after 10 days of non use. Great idea. Happy WOYWW. Angela #13
ReplyDeleteHI Lyn, playing catch up after a day in London playing tourist. Loving the butterflies that seem to match the scissors.. no wonder you can't find them! Happy WOYWW Helen #3

I'm late making my visits today...it's been a crazily busy day with sewing today and I still have work lined up for the morning.
ReplyDeleteI keep many pair of my little snippers around when I'm busy sewing cos I'm always losing/dropping them.
Hugs,

Wow, you’re doing loads at once, that’s clever! I’m beginning to think we all need a field trip to your crafty charity shop, it’s a gem of a place isn’t it! Hope you’ve had a lovely day out, with plenty of shade!!

ReplyDeleteLooks of great stuff on your desk. Love what you are working on. Have a good day. Edwina Brown
ReplyDeleteI'm sure that is why we have so many multiples of things - I'm always putting something down, and then can't find it, so just get another one out. Rulers, scissors, ink pads, they all disappear! Luckily we do find them again so the process can be repeated again! Looking forward to seeing your cards! Enjoy the rest of your week, Lindart #20
ReplyDeleteOh my life I am sooooooo late sitting down at my PC to comment this week – so sorry no idea where the week went but I did get a craft delivery from Kraft Crazy on Thursday so that might account for some of it.
ReplyDeleteLoving the colours of your diecuts, my favourite. Is that a box you are using, that's great, I love using up packaging like that.
I have my "desk" fan on the floor so it doesn't upset the paper on my desk. I also have a floor fan at the door blowing the cold air in from the air-con machine on the landing. Where there's a will there's a way...

Another late visit. I seem to be getting worse not better. Oh dear. Your desk is busy, I am just trying to tidy up so I can abandon my (hot) upstairs room till the heat fades away! And like you I have lots of the same thing so, yeah, it's a challenge!
ReplyDeleteStay cool!
Happy WOYWW - late AGAIN!
