I'm back from not being here, but being there with those darn dawgs! So no WOYWW last week. But had a bit of a tidy up a long the bench for this week, mainly because I'd lost the remote and couldn't change the TV in my craft room... found it...in the last place I looked. Not that much crafting done but quite pleased to find out three or four of my last cards won, or came in the top three, (yay!!!) which is always nice! First picture shows this weeks freebie before it was scanned into my computer and the other bench, still quite a bit messy! Still drawing dogs for my daughter in USA to make a book for Mason (grandson) Couldn't do any of that last week, must get it done!!
Why not take a picture of your workdesk and show us what you've been up to this Wednesday! Link up with Julia's Stamping Ground.
love the idea of your grandson having a book with your drawings in... what a fabulous thing to keep! I was looking in the basket on the right of your drawing, as one does if you are nosey, and scratching my head as to what that shape that looks like wood could be... must admit the mind was in the gutter and then it dawned on me... its the arm of a wooden mannequin!! LOL
ReplyDeletewow those are some fabulous images. always love your desk. I'll have to remember to take a picture tomorrow and post... I forgot to join in last week...
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the winning cards! You're makes are so cool! Time to get back into the swing of things...crafty-wise. :) hugs Nan G
ReplyDeleteYour little dogs are SO adorable. They make me smile. Another thing that makes me smile is that wall behind your bench. Lots of storage area. Love it and always look to see if I can spy something new. Happy WOYWW from # 10.
ReplyDeleteLovely productive desk. Thanks for your comment - it made me laugh about sliding in posh sox. Didn't think about it but I might just try ha ha!

Isn't that just like the thing for the remote to be in the last place you looked ... happens to me all the time too. Your grandson is such a lucky little boy to have such a talented grandmother. Can't draw for toffee, myself, so my grandchildren have no such luck! Hope the day has been good for you. Elizabeth x #47
ReplyDeleteMason is going to have such a wonderful little book when you're done, something he'll treasure. I love how you've tidied up..... you'll have to point out to me where that bit is, lol!!!

Look at all those dogs! And all that stuff! That's a neat idea to make a book of drawings to share. I had a giggle at the clean up that happened because of the lost remote. Not being able to find something I think is the number one reason us crafters pick up!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous drawings as ever! Those dogs are so cute. Thanks for sharing. Happy WOYWW. Caro x (#87)
ReplyDeleteI get to a stage where I can't find stuff and then....BAM... I have to tidy up throwing stuff around like a loony!
ReplyDeleteThat digger fabric is from Fabricland..I know there's one in Salisbury but not if there's any near you. It was only £3.95 a metre!!
Hugs, LLJ 63 xx
Happy WOYWW! Thank you for stopping buy and for your nice comments! Looks like a lot of creativity going on on your desk too!

I am new to your blog and am intrigued by that cute pup drawing! Do you create those? I plan to print it out and use it in my art journal. :)
ReplyDeleteWow it's been years since I popped in to visit you but I'm so glad that I've managed it at last. Congrats on your cards and those dogs look so adorable ^..^
ReplyDeleteI've not participated in WOYWW this week...but I hope to firing on all cylinders soon.
Happy Belated WOYWW from Neesie no number ;D
Great dog drawings! I had to laugh about the finding of your remote... got me to thinking. You always find something in the last place you look as when you find "it" you quit looking... Just my goofy way of thinking. Happy belated WOYWW!

I didn't post this week, or get around much last week. I have been feeling like doo-doo. How exciting that your cards won..Congrats!!! I'm always losing my remote, it needs a GPS!! Mason is going to love all your drawings. My granddaughter Kaya loves when I make her little Zine style books. She will carry them around with her until I make her new ones. How old is your grandson?? Kaya is 3 going on 30. She is a little diva. I call her Polly Pissy Pants. She makes me realize why I had my kids when I was in my 20's. I hope you are having a great weekend. (((HUGS)))
