All this week it's been very odd for us, first with John's weird Birthday trip to Guernsey. Never been, never likely to go again. Emma not feeling too well at all on the boat trip out or back again. Yesterday spending time with Little Pam on her 81st birthday, who, I might add, we can now all officially call Lady Pamela as Debbie bought her a tiny patch of land somewhere on the Northern boarders, which came with a title, even though the castle has long been in ruins!
Then today being June's interment, we were all sad again but then remembering the surprise visit from Tom and Emma yesterday, who we all thought would be at work, turned up at Little Pam's little house with some lovely news! Last Christmas and New Year were very sad for us all, losing first Alistair (Debs Hubby) very suddenly and then John and Deb's mum June, but this Christmas is going to be very special! We're going to be grandparents again! How fantastic is that! So, in spite of everything, things are looking so much brighter!
