It's raining! Pouring down with rain here! Just about to go off to have dinner with Sis-In-law. I forgot all about posting this card, never mind it's here now.
Dustin Pike's digi image, put together with lots of my scraps of PinkPetticoat paper. Even the bit of ribbon was already tied into a bow, discarded from another project and the image hides the fact that the black and white spotty paper doesn't fit across the card. The black patterned paper behind the image was already embossed with hearts and even a tiny bit sticky where it had been used before, and peeled off. I throw nothing away!
The digi was put into Word, so I could add the sentiment underneath it then print it all out together. At this moment I've forgotten what the font is called but the font on the inside is a freebie called Janda Quirkygirl and you can download it HERE, or just Google the name.
I coloured the digi with ProMarkers and 3D-ed the little hedgehog/ porcupine?
I also added little fish bones punched out using a Woodware punch and added loads of Black Diamond Stickles Glitter.
The card is that shape because that too was in my scrap pile as a slice of it had been cut off the side. I just sliced a bit more off the other side. (They don't quite match)
And there you have it! A quick card (hahahaha, and the rest!) for a guy who loves fishing!
I had found a 'recycling challenge somewhere, but as usual I've forgotten where.
New Followers! Hi and a {{big wave}} to Country Lady Designs (no link) and Rach1fun who's really into pens, and scrapbooking!! Love the video~some of those lovely freebies come from sliekje too. Love them!
That's it for now... catch you again soon! Now, where's my umbrella??
