Sir Stampalot Blog Hop and Challenge

This is my card I made for the Challenge 'Moving'

I bought the Stamp while over in Seattle last year, it only cost $1. (about 70p in real money!)

I printed a 'silver' (or grey) Pink Petticoat pattern straight onto a blue pearl card. That was fine of course but then...when I printed the black arrows on to the same pearl card the ink was still very wet and smudged. Ohoh! thought me, I wonder??? (The little grey cells were jumping like meal-worms eating jelly beans!)

So, I printed the arrows again, being very careful not the smudge them as they shot out of the printer and quickly covered them with ordinary clear embossing power and heat set them with my heat-gun and they looked like I'd just stamped them! (No melt dust or special papers in sight! only the ordinary pearl card.)

I was going to add some flowers, but then...I changed my mind. The writing, 'We're Moving' ' I did by hand. The Moving car stamp was coloured with Promaker pens. The little car brads are Woodware. The arrows were done on my laptop and I used my Letraset fine marker for the 'stitching' and writing. I also sprinkled them with embossing power too!
