yes he did....thinking it would shame me into tiding it up. Instead the comments were the opposite! Crafters understand the mess and that there just isn't time to tidy!! Today he took this picture below.... he has a posh new mobile phone! Not a lot of difference...only it's slightly bendy! Looks like I have curved benches. (I can dream)
Happy WOYWW! Catch you later!! Pop over to Stamping Ground and join in!
This weeks freebie will be here later...
I can't comment on Google + blogs but I do (((wave)))

ReplyDeleteWell we all had the last laugh on your SIL!!
ReplyDeleteHave a great week
Krisha #44
Happy WOYWW. Yes, there is a bit of creativity going on in your craft room, but I also see a lot of organisation and lovely storage. Fab photos. I have just got a new 'smart phone/phablet', but not learnt how to use the camera yet - lots of features. Ali x #49
ReplyDeleteHa! I bet you were fairly confident about the outcome of the 'exposure' too - I figure that if others want it tidy, they can tidy it! Your magazine pile looks like mine did - I recently had a cull, but am still making a slightly bigger step than I need to to get around the pile!
ReplyDeleteWow is all I can say. I'm with your Lyn....I'd be so proud if all that creative stash was mine. What a fab space you play in.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
A x # 62
Love those pictures - one up to crafters!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Neet 24 xx
Haha! This made me smile haha. There is never time to tidy it up ;) Uniflame - 68
ReplyDeleteActually, this reminds me of the basement clean up I just went through, where I has all three shelving units fall over. But the fact you got so much love and support, just shows how crafters understand the process. BTW, I love those shelves in your craft room. And two benches make for twice the fun!!
ReplyDeleteits always good to know someone lease has a craft room as messy as mine
ReplyDeleteJackie x
Bet your son in-law doesn't do anything like that again trying to be clever. Happy woyww Jill #39
ReplyDeleteIt takes a lot to shame a crafter into tidying up doesn't it?? Oh how I'd love bendy benches!!
ReplyDeleteHugs Lisa x#56
Love it!
ReplyDeleteWow, this is what my room would look like if I had one. My front room is close and the boxes where most of my supplies reside are a disaster. TFS.
ReplyDeleteLittle did he know, huh! :) Love the shelving...can I come pilfer, erm, snoop close up?! Happy WOYWW! Nan G #9
ReplyDeleteThe picture he took and put on face book looks fab!
ReplyDeleteNon crafters don't understand .... People look in horror at my craft room and don't understand as my house is so neat clean and tidy!
Jackie 42
Ha Ha your SIL just doesn't get it. Our passion... our addiction...our need....but crafters understand and would love to some and snoop about. Thanks for sharing. Be well Carole #91

ReplyDeleteHe was soooo sure people would be saying bad things!! But they didn't!
DeleteDo you have 6 square inches in which to work somewhere?? But 'tis true - no time for tidying up!!
ReplyDeleteHave a great, industrious week.
Margaret #64

ReplyDeleteHaha! I love it! My mom's room is like that too, I keep telling her that if she would make space I'd come over and stamp with her. You are welcome to come over anytime by the way, I've got a great guest room on the second floor with it's own bath and I'm a heck of a cook!
ReplyDeleteHappy WOYWW!

ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by

I just saw your comment on Patty's blog about red rosin paper. If you look at my craft room desk the next time I show it, you'll see I cover it using red rosin paper. I have enough of the stuff to last a lifetime, I'm sure. You get it at big box home improvement stores in the roofing section. I'm sure you have some of those types of stores in the UK (grin).
ReplyDeleteDon't faint - but I have just spent all morning tidying my fabric stash - I was sick of my hubby telling everyone just jow many bags of stuff I had scattered around the house!! I still have ALL the stuff but it is sorted and tidy - but I probably won't be able to find anything now!! lol x Jo
ReplyDeleteGreat job, love the shelving, kind of looks like my home office.
ReplyDeleteAwww Lyn, shame on him! I LOVE the mess - it's a glorious volcanic eruption of colour, a work of art in itself lol lol!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your fun comment that made me smile! You are so like me - I'm always picking things up that "might come in useful" and I often buy things with a specific purpose in mind, and then find them later and can't remember what I bought them for!! Having seen that idea with the clips and rings on Pinterest, I just had to incorporate it into my new ARTHaven, and it also solved the problem of what to do with my muddle of unmounted stamps - they used to be all jumbled up in a drawer.
Happy belated WOYWW,
Shoshi #65
A busy, busy, space, and far more important to use it than to tidy it! if you send me your e-mail you are welcome to the chili jam recipe though I warn you it is not for the faint-hearted. But it does something very special for a cheese butty!
ReplyDeleteOh my Lyn can you get into your room it looks very untidy but I suppose you are more creative when you have all your things around you. hugs Shirleyxxxxxx
ReplyDeleteNow that's what I call a proper craft room! Hugs. Pam#38
ReplyDeleteI am feeling so much better about my room after seeing these pictures. LOL...thanks for being brave enough to share!! I am using your sweet snowman digi on a card tomorrow!!! Love that image!
ReplyDeleteSomehow the bendy photo looks better and worse at the same time........ It's still not as messy as my daughter's room was before I gave in and tidied it up. Thanks for visiting and have a good week, Cindy
ReplyDeleteOh goodness! Well done you that you don't feel the need to tidy - there are far more important things to do aren't there! ;-) #55
ReplyDeleteYikes missus! I like Tom, he has the right idea, lol!
