This Weeks WednesdayDigi CLOSED

Well, it's so hot here in England I seem to be raiding the freezer for ice-cream every hour! What's your favourite ice-cream? I love chocolate with chocolate sauce and chocolate chips!   Please comment if you can CLOSED

    Thanks for the ice cream Lyn :D My ultimate favourite is a good Rum & Raisin, but I am very partial to salted caramel - pistachio - lemon - a proper cream vanilla and erm quite a few others probably, lol. Hope it's not so hot for you this evening ;))

    This looks delicious, thank you so much! My favorite Ice Cream is called "Everything but the...." by Ben & Jerry's. It's exactly how it sounds, "Peanut Butter Cups, HEATH® Bar Chunks, White Chocolatey Chunks, & Fudge-Covered Almonds" and I think there's actually a little ice cream in it too :)

    me too but ice lollies of the less calorific kind, however the amount I have eaten meant a small gain at SW this week! I made some too, must make some more if I can find a space to freeze them, we have such a small freezer now, I think it might have been a bit of a mistake!
