It's Tuesday and New Release day at Bugaboo! We're getting very close to the haunting month (and harvest festivals) and you have to be ready don't you, you never know what might be lurking in the dark! Luckily nothing too scary, only this cute Scarecrow making her first appearance in the Bugaboo Store today. You'll find her HERE along with a few of her cute not spooky pumpkin friends!
My card: I've done a bit of paper piecing again (Her hat, clothes and shoes) and 3D-ed the middle pumpkin and her shoes. Used ProMarkers for colouring and shading.
All the papers are by Pink Petticoat. The green wired ribbon, I've had for years. It came off a chocolate box, and every time I use it, I think it must be the last bit, but magically, another bit always appears! It's getting a bit scruffy now, but I thought it still went well with this card.
I couldn't find my bat punch (Surprisingly! have you seen my craft room lately??!) so I've used confetti/sequin bats, adding them randomly with gel glue. There's a bit of glitter on the cobweb and the ribbon edge. The orange stitched ribbon fell out of the jar with the green ribbon, so I took that as a sign to use it too.
Inside there's a pocket for birthday money (I have ink now, so printed out a nice new sheet ... then cut it too small, so hence the pocket!)
The Font is a freebie called Walking The Witch, download it HERE. Hope you popped over yesterday to see Bugaboo's Anything But a Card, where some of the team show off their creations.
New Follower! Hi and a ((big wave)) to Sharla from This Thing Called Life pop over and see her lovely cards! That's it for now! I'll just add some...
