I've used, on the outside of the card, Birthday-Monster-Sign. And on the inside of the card, Birthday-Monster-Balloon pop over and see all the other monsters! Don't you think they'd make great place setting for a Monster Party!?!

As almost always, I've 3D-ed the monster and coloured him with Promarkers. First added the whole digi, then just the 'Happy' with the monsters fist attached, then the monster's face and last the blue balloon in front.
The papers were freebies with a crafting magazine a while back, the spotty ribbon also came from a crafty mag, everything else from my crafty stash. The stripy paper has been embossed with a Happy Birthday embossing folder. I added the yellow paper clip because it just happened to be to hand and matched those tiny brad buttons!
Inside, The Font is a freebie, although a few sites do charge, it's called Curlz MT, and you can download HERE for free.
