So...I'm off to bed, it's gone 2:30 in the morning, so this is already Wednesday...When you read this, I'll probably still be in bed, snoring! I'll get up, (fall out of bed) race to the kitchen, flicking on the kettle (an electric kettle for all our American visitors) get my (hopefully) changed batteries and camera (via the first port of call, the bathroom) rush back into my extremely tidy craft room (fibber) Rush out again and wake up poor hubby coz he had the memory card last, then (if I find it) scream quickly into said 
craft room and take a couple of fabulous (out of focus) pictures of some thing! (Trying to disguise the mess!) Then I''ll pop over to Julia's Stamping Ground, and join in with all the other WOYWWers, (probably doing the same!) it's that easy!! So go and get your camera and join in too! ps...if this post does appear with no pictures... I'm still in bed... and pictures will appear around lunch time... Have a great woywwBye for now!
Oh Lyn can just see you running around in pj's ...trying to take piccys....lol.will pop back later to see if they made it on here....

ReplyDeleteI so missed my kettle when we went back to the States for a couple of years. I found one eventually but at the lower power I would have boiled the water faster on the stove or in the microwave! The electric kettle is one of the true joys of life - brewed tea in almost an instant.

That settles it - I could not live in the US. No way could I do without the electric kettle. We even have one in the caravan for when we are on mains power. By the way, well done for finding the camera and getting a photo. You did better than me. I just relied on the scanner and my store of pictures to put things online this week.

ReplyDeleteActually Lyn, you are in about the same shape as me. I got a late start yesterday because I fell asleep before I could link up with Julia. Now I'm just trying to catch up. Can you believe it, I'm 42 this week. And my shots are NEVER in focus like yours are. Hope your batteries are now fully charged and hope you are, too (grin).

Oh how I miss my electric kettle - DH has gone and got one of those old fashioned jobs that goes on the gas hob - it's sooooo slooooow. Hopefully I will get around much quicker tomorrow.
