Happy Wednesday everyone!! How you diddling? Really? Well that's okay then! It's another one of those days, when I stay up all night taking pictures of what craftiness I've been up to on my work desk and this week (blow your trumpet Bob!) !!! Ta ta ta ttaaaa!!!! It's TIDY!!! Weeeeellll ok, it's not as tidy as some of your desks, but it's tidy for me!! But for those of you who want to see other fabulous very tidy and sometimes not so tidy crafty desks, you know what to do...pop over to Julia's blog, Stamping Ground, and join in. Go on...do it now!! For once, I'm not going to work at five minutes past the crack of dawn, I'm here (for a bit, but still on timer) so with any luck, I'll be poised, with finger on the keyboard, waiting, to see if I can get in to the number one spot! Luck rather that judgement, I fear, and of course you have to be a very fast typist... I usually start at round about number 9 but end up at number 44. (Thank you Mandi for linking me again last week) this week I'm #42!
So here's the desk, complete with today's freebie before I got at it with my computer! Yes, his hat was pointy, but it isn't any more... votes taken for pointy hat or droopy hat please!
There's also some yummy stuff I won from Thistle (thank you!!) and a sneeky peek of some things that might be turned into a DT card for the weekend, or...on the other hand, (apart from some paint) might not be. Who knows? But the clue is there!! And!!!A cup of cold tea, in my mug from Poland via somewhere a little closer to home, thank you jozart for letting me know where I can buy more, as Jozart has my mug's cousin, or it could be it's aunt! Who knows what mugs get up to when we're not looking! Last week, hubby nicked my batteries and this week, he had the camera, said he needed to take a picture of a seagull... here it is.... If I get that on my bird table, I won't be happy!

I like droopy hat Santa. They are both fabulous. I like how you have your punches are jumbled together. I need a system like that rather than haphazard around the desk.

ReplyDeleteDefinitely droopy hat!!
ReplyDeleteHuh, and I didn't expect that kind of a seagull...
Hi Lyn your table is still a bit messy I see, and I will be careful about the seagulls, we have a load that pass over our gardens, they seem to sit on the church roof its the highest one around.
ReplyDeleteLove the Santa hes gorgeous. With love and hugs Shirleyxxxx
Hmmmmmmm, tidy you say?!!! Well as long as there's space in the middle it's all good!! What a lovely bunch of punches, and the Santa is a cutie.

Lovely tidy desk and thanks for visiting mine each week, much appreciated. I like the droopy hat, you are so creative with your images. Have a lovely day, Tracy Evans x x
ReplyDeleteCertainly a busy desk here but lots of nice things have been brought out to play with. Oh Santa is cute. Thanks for sharing your workspace with us.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comments on my blog. Yes, I too have a better chair to sit on but it has to move between the computer and the Workstation so that's why it's not in the photo - couldn't sit at that chair for long. Still got some birthday money left over which I have been told isn't for crafting stuff so I think I might put it towards another chair. Best wishes, Kym xxx (WOYWW No 34)
Lol - ah yes seagull - I get it. No, don't want them peckin my nuts.

You would think I could time things better. Sorry I'm so late getting here. You would think since I had most of my obligations out of the way, I would have freed up a bit more computer time. Unfortunately, what happened was, I was so far behind, I became overwhelmed. Will try to do better this week. I love the Santa image and congrats on winning the award! You deserve it.
