Another WOYWW.

What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday?!? This is what's on mine. Lots of messy paint! Started this yesterday. You can see the drawing for the card I posted below. (different punch line tho') Wanted to join in a blog hop over on the Digi-shack . All the DT team have little challenges for you to do. I've done two..with one card. Easel Card and make your own flower/s. Another was to paint your backing paper and use it in a card. I've done this before, splattered paper with paint, scanned them in, and saved them on my computer...(only in the challenge you're suppose to use what you've painted) I thought I'd start from scratch...(yes, you're right, I can't find what I'd already made!) I spilt a bit of embossing power on the wet paint, so zapped it with the heat gun. The plastic splint on my finger is trying to get into the picture! No, there's no smiley face on it this time. I'm getting a bit cheesed off with it!! Four months!! Longer than my broken leg! (I don't mean the finger's longer... I mean..) After I'd finished the one above, I decided to have another go...not sure what I'm going to do with it yet and it's really hard to take a picture and paint at the same time! Pop over to the Stamping ground and see what's on every one else's desk today!

  2. Ah a girl after my own heart - saving empty cereal boxes. But I usually end up throwing them out though I have used bits in the past. Good for putting a couple of pieces in postage to help save things getting bent :) Ooh poor finger :(

  8. Now you see, you call it messy paint and I call it work in progress and am fascinated to see where you'll go with it. The drawing you refer to - not the horsey cartoon, surely? Wow!

  14. this is hilarious. I clean my work space every night before i go to bed. I think it's neurotic and my "other" self gets 'cheesed' at my clean self because then she can't remember what she started the night before. It's hell having so many crafty personalities vying for attention all the time. I'm going to try and leave my work space alone next Tuesday night just to see if I can do it! LOL I figure a week is enough notice to the evil twin in my!! LMBO

  24. Thank you for visiting my blog. Your cartoons are fab and I have a plastic box full of painted backgrounds, splodged, scrunched splattered, must make something with them, but they don't seem to go with anything. Hope you are having a lovely birthday too.
