This weeks Challenge over on The Quirky Crafts Forum is all about Board Games! You can make anything you like, it doesn't have to be a card, anything that reminds you of a board game... I had to take these picture with my 'free with a posh cracker camera' and my mums "I don't think it's a digi camera," but they didn't turn out too bad! A bit blurry, but I think I'd had wine by then and didn't care!
My card ended up as a Halloween Trick or Treat board game. It did have Happy Halloween on the front, but I took that off!One of my favourite things to do when I used to look after other peoples children was to get them all to make up board games. Give them paper, card, paints, pencils GLUE whatever they needed and they'd have a certain amount of time to invent a new board game. Of course the more gruesome they could make the game the better they liked it. We had bottomless mud bogs, torture chambers, trap doors and blood baths, along with Fairy Castles, flesh eating monkeys and cave dwelling monsters! And there'd always be treasure to find. We'd all play each others games to make sure they worked and then make one big game using all the best bits from each of the games. Great fun!
The idea of this 'game' is to get round the board anyway you can, without falling into traps or picking up Tricks and collect as many 'Treats' as you can, while giving the other players back your Tricks. The one who can get out with the most treats is the winner!
Ok....your turn! It can be a card, ATC, Scrapbook Page, ANYTHING that makes you think 'game board'
Night night! Watch out for those bed bugs!

Now I'm thinking of a checkered mouse...a black and white checkered felt mouse...with cheese. Wish I could sew! Oh! Nearly forgot! There's a yummy prize for the winner!!
Back tomorrow to put in links to where you can download that Spooky House. All the little pictures on the board were from ClipArt on your computer. All the arrows and shapes were also made on the computer.Night night! Watch out for those bed bugs!
