I've been trying to make a post for WOYWW for weeks now. (Pop over to Sarahs Craft Shed and join in!) I took loads of pictures but, as usual, never found time, the days and weeks came and went...Still, I'm here now... in the Sun Room, as I'm House/dog sitting again. It's pitch black outside and the dogs are snoozing...unless the fox or some deer turn up, then it's 'Let's bark as loud as we can! Coz we want to go out and chase them! 'I have sort of been crafting. These pictures were taken on the kitchen counter. The lady of the house left me all her Christmas cards....so I've been die cutting them up into tags and tabs. Some of them aren't half bad, even if I do say so myself! At the moment these two are my favourites...but I've still got loads more to do. Will later put some ties on them too, then box them away, and by next Christmas, I'll forget where I put them! Above and below are some three fold tagsAnd then this pocket tag with more tags. It's got paperclips on it as I forgot to bring some glue to stick the backing on...
And then a group of them....I could keep going, but you've probably fallen a sleep by now- as its getting late! Sorry about the state of the pictures, the lighting bouces off of them! So! Hope you all had a great Whats On Your Worktop Wednesday...Tomorrow, I'll tell you all about what happened over the last weekend and then show you two birthday cards I managed to finish... Thank you for stopping by! Ohoo, ps, I found my wacom pen! So might also do a freebie
What a good idea to use the Christmas cards for the tags. I like the one containing the tags! Happy WOYWW! Susan #2
ReplyDeleteI use my cards for tags bit they never look so beautiful as yours! I must try harder. And yes, I bet I will forget where I put them by next year 🤣 x x Jo 🌈
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous collection of tags Lyn - love the triple fold ones as well. Hope the dog/house sitting goes well. Stay safe and Happy belated WOYWW. Sarah
ReplyDeleteI love your tags. I tend to tear off the fronts, shred the backs with any personal details, then stash them to use for gift tag...and forget where I put them. We are "sisters from another mister" as they say. Yay to finding your pen! I found my Apple pencil too but never use it LOL! Happy Internet Issues (still) WOYWW!

So pleased I am not the only one who makes Christmas stuff in Jan/Feb then packs them away and forgets!! Lol. Loving the tags, I need to get back into making some too. Kyla
ReplyDeleteI always start a few new C. Cards just after Christmas while I'm still in the right frame of mind and sample ideas in case I get stuck for a design next Christmas. The tags are brilliant, great way to use the old cards. Hope the dog sitting goes well. Happy belated woyww, Angela x9x
