Happy WOYWW!? I have something on my next this week...I've been shopping.....The little Crafty Charity Shop that closed ages ago, is back, bigger and better than ever!!! The grand opening was today, and it was packed!!!
My favourite thing was this scrapbook for £2.
I also nabbed some dies..£1.50 and £3....In the top right hand corner you can see the Chicago Screws I'd taken out of the scrap book.
Then two brand new Stamping up inks jumped into my basket for £1.50...After that I visited Big George, a lovely dog I used to look after. Then, I nipped over to Christchurch to see if I could be let off that £100 parking fine, for parking in the pubs car park...and yes! Seeing I could prove I was there having a meal and not just parking and scooting off some where else. After that I nipped into The Works and bought some document wallets (5 for a £1) and a set of pattern rollers, £3. They should be fun to play with. Well, that's my day done...the workmen say they have finished the kitchen...but they've left an awfull amount of rubbish in the drive... they still have to add a drawer front that was missing...and then...that should be it! I'll have a grand opening! That's it from me, don't forget the Wednesday Freebie is coming up next, in the meantime, pop over to SarahsCraftShed and join in! Thank you for stopping by.
I love that style scrapbook. So easy to add and move layouts! And that paint roller thingie looks fab - have to be on the lookout for that one. I have that book too and it has some fun techniques in itso you will enjoy it for sure. Didn't mean to worry you with the stardust comment. Just meaning friends are precious, not living among the stars :) It's all good.

Hi Lyn, didn’t you do well! Lovely stash of goodies. I do like the folder. I shall have to Google Chicago screws!
ReplyDeleteI do hope they will come back and collect the rubbish, but they may consider it “not their job” 🙄. I hope you video your grand opening, you are a tad too far for me to drive x hugs Angela #11
Wow! A crafty charity shop, what a fantastic idea! You certaily found some great things! The roller would be great for borders in a journal! Have a great week, Lindart #14
ReplyDeleteLucky you Lyn, great finds there but oh! workmen that don't clear up after themselves. I hope they come back and clear it or I would have to charge them for having to get someone else in to do the job Lol!
