Oh my goodness What's On Your Workdesk this Wednesday!??? (Apart from a cold mug of tea and two Jaffa cakes?) Is it a skinned mouse? A mummified 'thing'? or.... a newspaper and PVA glue, seahorse. Yes! (Well that's what's it's supposed to be!) My mum wants me to make her some Seahorses for her flower club demonstration at the end of the month...oh dear, they don't look too good at the moment do they. (No Lyn) I've had to move out of my crafty room (it's in such a mess!) and play on the dinning table. Hopefully they will look better once they are painted!! So, WOYW this Week?? Go and join in over at the Stamping Ground!! See you there. Bye For Now!!!

I knew they were seahorses as soon as I saw them. They're obviously seahorses! And they will be gorgeous when painted I just know it! Hope you've had a fine WOYWW :0) Mo x
ReplyDeleteThey look like Sea horses to me! I love the idea that your craft room is too messy to use so you migrate out to mess the dining room table instead! I can't do that as Alex takes over the dining room table, floor and dresser - no room for me LOL! Thanks for sharing. Caro #53
ReplyDeleteHow fun! I have never seen that technique before! Those seahorses look fab. Hope you share them completed!! Have a great week! Winnie#75
ReplyDeleteI bet they will be fab with a bit of metalic paint and some mica.
ReplyDeleteKaren #73

Lovely seahorses! I am trying to visit everyone! jenx 129
ReplyDeleteI think you under rate your making of sea horses! Mine would look like that skinned mouse and nothing like a sea horse!! Sorry I have been absent the past couple weeks but life has taken its toll and sometimes you just have to give in to it and go with the flow! Thanks for sharing and have a great week! Vickie #58
ReplyDeleteYes I can tell those are seahorses, what? #21
ReplyDeleteat first glance, i went for the skinned mouse option, then i saw a definite seahorse shape!
ReplyDeletemy dad's the same as your mum - can't remember two days ago, but 1958? crystal clear!!

Late this week, but I only JUST thought to scan my Gelli prints to make digi bits from them. I've done that with other stuff, then turned it into digital embellishments, but I don't know why I never thought to do it with my Gelli prints till last week! Total tunnel vision, I think LOL! I do have some I simply adore so it's useful to "capture" them before I use them up - you just cannot get "the same" print - or even SIMILAR ones - with any regularity
ReplyDeleteHappy (late) WOYWW

sorry you are still having commenting issues - me too, yesterday, but sorted now.
Well, I spotted they're seahorses right away!
ReplyDeleteThe reason my laptop screen isn't cluttered with icons is 'cos I run on Linux - smooth as silk as so crisp and clean to use. Hey, I can (but don't make a habit of it) just turn my laptop off and it all reappears like magic when I next turn it on - without any corruption or anyfink nasty.
Hugs, Di xx
Nutella toasties, jaffa cakes and cold tea! Quite the gourmet I see, lol!! I spotted they were seahorses, truly I did, couldn't make out what was in that container though!
