I think that's my longest title ever! And What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday!?! Nothing! (Almost) Just Papers. I'm in the middle of drawing something for someone who wants to put my 'something' into an auction. Who can guess what Island that is?? No? I'll post about it when it's done. Blogger is still making it hard for me to comment on some blogs, hopefully it will be ok this week, butat least I did get round most of you.(Some only tonight)
My PiF hasn't arrived yet as it's coming all the way from Australia, but the PiF I made has arrived at it's new home, Debs. Hope you like it... This is what my yellow box turned out to be, and not a yellow banana insight! It isn't very arty, I don't have inks and metal things to add to stuff so I thought, well, it's all about our messy desks and our craft rooms so that's what I made. A Mini Craft Room. I started it just a few days before the WOYWW Anniversary as I wasn't going to do anything. I think the box once held a posh watch, it was black, it had a lining...and it was in the bin, but I just had to take it home! It's appeared in many a WOYWW on a shelf in the background, waiting to be changed into this...
The last thing I stuck down was the little brown parcel under the counter. The tag on it reads to Debs! It's supposed to be the little craft room all wrapped up...
So, what's on your Work desk this Wednesday? Pop over to The Stamping Ground and join in! Thanks for stopping by!

Just popped back to say ... re the ink .... I use HP in in my HP printer...MaggieC's tip about leaving it to dry seems to work....24hrs if fine lines ....longer if thick ...so nothing can be done last minute.
ReplyDeleteDo hope John manages some chill time ...no point running himself into the ground.
What a brilliant PIF you did. Such fun and so detailed - can't beleive it didn't take months to do.

OMG, that's SOOOO cool. Well done you! Do you do dollshouses as well or was this just a one-off? My Mum is seriously into dollshouse-making and has a huge one at home she's still labouring on, so I can very much appreciate the time, effort and creativity that went into this. Fabulous work, Lyn.
