I hope you're all well and didn't eat too many Easter Eggs! I'm still away dog/house sitting (but also off to my normal Wednesday work later) but thought I'd show you where I was and what I wasn't doing anyway, as I can't make cards or anything because I've only brought a 'few' Promarkers and a couple of punches with me... (carried inside Sue's lovely House Mouse bag, which I won sometime ago) I left my camera at my sister-in-laws so not too sure how this picture will look as I'm using an old camera that was in a posh cracker one Christmas, (and the batteries are flat!) So here's one of the very messy desk..... my laptop with the start of today's freebie on it. The other two screens behind are the computers that are normally here, I've moved their keyboards out of the way, so I can get my old printer in and of course my wacom!!(This is normally an office) So, not much to see this week~back to normal next week I hope! If you fancy showing us What's On Your Workdesk this Wednesday just hop over to Julia's Stamping Ground! and join in!
New Follower Hi and a big {{wave to}} Sarah Cooper from.. Scrapbooking Is Cheaper Than Therapy (that's sooo true!) Thanks for stopping by!!Scroll up For this Wednesday's Freebie....
Ouch, I would hate not being surrounded by all my stuff...yikes, unless the other person had better stuff than me...lol
ReplyDeleteThanks for the peek and sharing,
Hugs, Marjo #18 Have a great WOYWW
Glad to see you have your laptop for company and the few promarkers and punches. I have been house-sitting/cat watching/bird sitting for my daughter and her husband and I thank the stars that I get to come home. Nice to visit not much to stay there for long periods of time. I like my stuff!! Thanks for George this week.

Had a chuckle at your post header!
ReplyDeleteSounds like you don't have much of anything artwise to work with this week. Hope you get back to your own desk soon. I know it will be easier and better for you. Happy WOYWW. I'm # 16 this week.
ReplyDeleteHAPPY WOYWW

That's the trouble with going away (not that I do, often) - no stash.... look forward to your normal view next week, Lyn!
ReplyDeleteI always wondered just how many 'a few' was and now I know it's approximately 25!!!
ReplyDeleteIt's always a struggle knowing what to take away with you - never enough is what always happens to me.
ReplyDeletePerhaps you can spend the time browsing for ideas to take back home with you.
Thanks for sharing #10
It always amazes me how a dedicated crafter can find somewhere to continue creating. Well done for succeeding with the barest minimum of stash.
ReplyDeleteGee - that was one posh cracker!
ReplyDeleteHope you're soon back on home ground!
Thanks for the peek - enjoy your week...
Sarah at 8.
Wow that must of been one heck of a posh cracker to get any kind of digi camera in :o) It's a pain not having all your stuff around you, i am away most weekends so I take my trusty promarkers and a few images to colour but am desperate to get back to my desk! x
ReplyDeleteI can't bear to go away without some stash to keep me occupied with. But I WAS away for Easter ... if you have a peek at my WOYWW you will see what I did while away, he he he.
ReplyDeleteYou must be getting withdrawal symptoms from not being able to craft! I know I would!!
ReplyDeleteRebecca (38) x
Oh, painful to be away from all your crafty goodness. It took months for our stuff to travel across the pong and I was miserable the whole time!I'll bet you are looking forward to getting back to it :)

Now me being me... as soon as I was out of reach of all my stash I would have this major mojo session and be buzzing with ideas and then go insane because I couldn't actually do anything... at least you have the lappie and some promarkers so can print and colour in!! LOL Annette #5
ReplyDeleteI have an office (dining table) and it doesn't look as neat as this - does someone come in and tidy up when you go away?!!
ReplyDeleteHope you're enjoying the house/dog sitting.
Wow a camera ...that works ...in a cracker ...now that is really posh lol
ReplyDeleteThat looks like more tahn a few pro-markers..as a newbie to these fabulous pens (how did I manage before?) how does one decide when one has enough colours? I thought I had then noticed a couple more shades...then a couple more...worried I won't be happy til I have the lot!! Esther xx
ReplyDeleteI would be lost without my stash with i even take alot camping when we goas who needs clothes and food lol. At least you have your laptop to keep you up with the blogging world. I obviously don't spend alot on crackers as i have never managed to pull a camera!!!! Kezzy x
ReplyDeleteSorry to be getting around so very late!
ReplyDeleteYou are probably back now to your stuff so I am hoping you are making good use of it!!
Happy WOYWW on Sunday!!

Hi Lyn, Oh dear, you have my sympathies - there's so much to miss about your own craft room. Your post has been a timely reminder to to plan for my holiday in June - can't go a whole week without some crafty stuff with me. As usual, I'm making a last gasp attempt to view a few more desks before tomorrow's WOYWW day so I hope you've had a great week. Elizabeth x #108
