I haven't done a decoupage fairy card for ages... so I hope you like this one. The black background with stars are Pink Petticoat. I also used some glitter paper cut out with my 3" scalloped circle. The paper below the fairy came on the sheet with her. The only thing is, she was very fiddly to cut out! I even fixed her to some card before I cut her out. If there was a bit more background behind her, you could at least have the first layer without bits of her (very fine) hair missing! (oops!) I added a bit of Stickles glitter and some peel-offs too.
Thinking now, maybe I should've gone for the purple stars background, the black does look a tad harsh. More tomorrow.
