Niamh's growing up so fast, I thought I'd train her as one of my new dog walkers!
"Come on Benson hurry up!"
This is me telling her not to rap the lead around her hand
"Go! Go!" sez Niamh!

Our 20th Challenge this year over on the Quirky Crafts Challenge blog, (which started yesterday) is set by Monica. Fall, or Autumn as we call it here. I was late again and didn't finish my card til Monday, so if you scroll down you'll see I was almost on time
and had actually started my card (printed out the digi!) and this is how it turned out! It's a nice easy challenge so we hope to see you there!
Although Stitchy Bear sent us some lovely papers to use and my phone downloaded them, my old computer couldn't
find them so with time fast running out, I opted for some leaves and *pumpkins papers (*saved as jhosFord-cutepumpkin-bg8 and luckily already printed out!) which I found whilst
hunting through my folders. Most likely freebies from Scrapwow years ago.
I've also
added a stamp by Hero Arts (E2322) along the top of the card using an autumn scene in aged mahogany Distress Ink,
which I also used to colour the larger punched out leaves, plus orange and
green Promarkers. As you can see I've left the inside blank with just the leaves backing paper. I think that's it! Only one of these pictures has Glitter on it...bet you didn't notice! Thank you for stopping by!
Okay...I'm out of time again. So....just it case I don't get back, I've taken pictures of my DT Quirky Craft's card as I've made it. This Challenge is Monica's idea and she'd love to see, Autumn themed creations with falling leaves and all the colours that go with that!
Here's my third DT card for the Quirky Summer Memories Challenge, which is in it's last week...
The die cut sun...well I have no idea where that came from! I do have a sun but I'm sure it's bigger than that! (Never used it! Or perhaps I have and can't remember) There was a smiley sun drawn in in the background but for some reason I cut it out. (why?) I have no idea!
I was soooo sure this was on timer! Anyway, I'm back from a week away in Cornwall. Plugged the computer back in its place, hunted out the camera, and here's my DT card for the reminder of my Quirky Challenge, Summer Memories. Great Sponsors, Bugaboo and Digital Delights!
Well it wasn't long before we noticed something very odd happening....the boat was getting lower wnd lower in the water and slowing sinking! No amount of us yelling and waving made any difference... John and Alistair waved back but kept rowing!. The little boat was double skinned you see, so they couldn't see any water coming in and didn't notice the boat slowly getting lower and lower in the sea!
Hi Peoples, I'm not here at all this week, so for once my DT card for the Quirky Crafts Challenge isn't late! It's on timer, and set to go! So...if you're not reading this... it didn't! Oops! Anyway, it's definitely on the challenge blog! Maybe I should be away more often. This fortnight it's
I was brought up on a farm/s so most of the time I played in the hay building camps, scrumped for apples, made dams in the river or fished for minos, but quite often the mums would gather up us kids and take us down to the beach where we'd spend nearly every day of the Summer Holidays just messing about with sand and seaweed!
I've 3D-ed three of them to make them pop. I've added orange eyelash wool and punched out crabs using a small Woodware punch. (The one on the monkey's ear is there to cover up a smudge)
OMG We're already galloping through September, where have I been!? It was still August yesterday! (No it wasn't Lyn) I'm sooo behind I'm not sure where I should start, so... I'll have to forget last Wednesday and start with last Sunday instead, which should have been Quirky Crafts Reminder, all about...red and grapes and red and wine and even more red and people drinking it! Pop (No wine!) over and have a look, you still have a few days to join in.
So here's my make. Very quick and simple as I have no time!! I love that ribbon and nearly every card I make almost gets it suck on a corner, only to be taken off again, but this time I think I leave it there!
