Quirky Has a New Challegne Blog! Design Team Call!

The Quirky Forum have, as last, just opened their new Challenge blog!! Yaay!! The Challenges will run fortnightly with Design Team contribution to inspire you. ( a lovely bunch of very talented crafty people...oh and me!)
New challenges go live on a Sunday evening and you have two weeks to get your entries in. That's any thing crafty, cards, ATC's, fat pages, scrap book pages, altered art, inchies, anything you can turn into something that will go with the challenge! We have monthly sponsors, which means winning prizes!! But if that's not enough, you can still pop over to the forum for a crafty chat! So, don't forget!!! I thought I'd have a go at this...I needed to tidy up my craft room because I can't find anything!!! (Still haven't come across those lost Christmas cards... or my container containing all my flowers...)

I thought I'd take a 'before and after' picture... after all it's supposed to be a place where you can create, invent and mould! I found mould, it was in my coffee cup and that only created a dead fly!
So I started sorting everything out, but then found some freebie digi type drawings in a magazine that needed scanning and then I found some lovely papers just right for my DT slot over on One Stitch At A Time (starts 14th Feb!!) and just had to start on that... meanwhile I was looking for something for the next challenge starting this Sunday over on The Quirky Forum...I know just what I want to use for my DT card (or atc or scrap book page... but where is it!!?? And I promised I'd make some more bear cards for the 'Bear' challenge that's still going on (hey...ssshhh!! news of a new challenge 'blog' is in the pipe line! wanna quick peek??) I'm also in the middle of doing some ATC's for the Mad About Cards Forum and and another forum...oh no...I've forgotten who and where!! When I can find my little book, it'll be in there!! Right, where was I? Oh yes, well, it was sooo messy I moved to the living room and got out my ironing board, it makes a great craft table... and I'm sorry!! But my craft room is still in this mess!! Hopefully I'll get it all nice and tidy by next week!! Hang on...is that laughter I hear?? Why is hubby rolling about on the floor in hysterics? The thought of a tidy house is probably sending him into sudden shock! Oh well, he'll be okay...oops...just remembered, he needs a shirt ironed for the morning...I'd better go and clear off the ironing board!! Here's a quicky card for you! Yes, it's another bear! This one will be put by for a forum buddy's birthday, so if you like bears... There's a few more bears on their way, we could have a picnic!! This little chap and the teddy bear papers behind him are freebies!! The bear comes already coloured or you can colour him in yourself.
