It's Freebie Time _on a Monday!

 Sorry there's not been any freebies in AGES...But the kitchen chaos continues! Over the weekend the clocks 'spung/ Forward...losing an hour, sort of, (but gaining more sun) so I should be in bed snooozzing but thought, if I can build that Butchers Bench on wheels, then, I can draw a freebie! There was a lot of screws to screw in!!

It's in the hall at the moment, keeping out of the way of the 'workforce' There's a lift up flap at the back, making somewhere to have my breakfast...and do a bit of crafting too...there were spice racks and towel rails to add, but that would've made it too long...That's it for now...see you tomorrow for another freebie and T for Tuesday... WHats On Your Worktop Wed--no-Friday!#825

Happy VERY Late WOYWW!? Go visit Sarah's Craft Shed to find out more!! In spite of all the chaos with the kitchen refit, I have managed to do a bit of crafting, so there is something on my craft bench... It's only cutting out, glueing and making folios with a few freebies from VectoriaDesigns. Go visit! Get email reminders. Worth it!!

 The kitchen is still on going...painting, flooring...a hiden drawer to fix inside a larger drawer...and my loft ladder trapdoor won't close properly, as they didn't realise it was electric and pulled on the hatch door...ohhho-n-no no-no-no! 

I have started in the garden, but  just haven't any, what's it called?? Motivation? Brotheration?? So, I'll show you that next week, if anything changes. Then the neighbour, at the bottom of my garden has an ovrt hanging tree, which has slowly began ripping off all the roof covering on the shed half of John's Man Cave...I texted her, but she said, 'it wasn't her tree'??!! O...K. So who's tree is it then? The man in the moon!? So I sent a picture. She said, if it was her tree she would fix it...but that was nearly two weeks ago....I know why, it's because I haven't made a contribution to her new fence yet..but quite honestly, she's asked for a lot more.  If only I can find that money tree!!

I have been very naughty and ordered a 'rolling butchers work bench, with drop leaf' so I can sit in the kitchen and eat...as the worktop there has long gone. That should be coming today...just watch me try and put that together...I hope it's easy!

 Dexter Hunting for the ball

I had Dexter in the week to take out for a walk...in his case, a charge about everywhere with the ball, he was pleased to see me. Hope he's not missing Duke too much, they were such great buddies together.

Time for T Stands for Tuesday...

 ....even though it's Wednesday....or was, it's not now... Happy late T day!  Pop over and join Elizabeth and Bleu Beard to find out what it's all about. Kitchen workmen are still here... busying themselves with all things 'kitchenf.' There's been a few problems but I think they've sorted them out. I  have a good excuse for being so late and for not getting round to seeing your posts, no electric and no internet! (and for  short time, no water either!!) This morning I decided to have my boring breakfast on my new counter (covered with card to stop slashes and workmen stuff)  I'm really pleased to say, after months and months and months, my local store has started restocking the Cold Press (no sugar) Fruit drinks again... and Kombcha; so I've stocked up on them. Happy T stands for Tuesday! And a belated St Patrick's Day!

Happy (belated)St Patrick's Day....I did try to wear my March 17th T shirt...but, once again, forgot!  So I'm wishing everyone a Happy T Stands for Tea Day Tuesday instead. Pop over to Alteredbooklover and join in! Above I've added one of my cards, from waaaay back just to prove I did used to make cards every single day...

I'm in my craftroom, keeping out of the way of the workmen, still very busy with my Kitchen. Most of the doors are on, the sink's in (with water, although he did nip the water pipe!) and a tap! Yay! Did the washing up last evening...Of course there's

a lot of papercups about, once containing coffee or tea...or even hot chocolate!

If I open the cupboard door at the moment, apart from workmens tools, I'd find more cups and elsewhere...the odd paint brush in a papercup...

 and then, there's always Cola...

Well, not much food and drink this week. My boring breakfast is near enough the same, but in the living room, as the breakfast bar has gone. In the background you can see 'some' of the kitchen stuff piled up-

 and guess whose arm that is on the TV? It's Ceri The Crafter's! I hope he doesn't mind!

One last picture, apart from going shopping with Daughter, and having a birthday meal with family (forgot to take pictures) I had some company over the weekend...Lola came to stay. T stands for Tuesday, a tear and tea,

 A quick post today, for Tea Stands for Tuesday. (and for once it is still Tuesday!)I'm still up to my eyes or even my nose in kitchen stuff in the living room, bedrooms hall....you get the picture! Nowhere really to go...so sneaking in here, (in my craft room)while the workmen are working, seemed a very good idea! My breakfast was just a bit of toast, with  cup of tea, and fruit juice, of course, as I was shooting off 

Duke having a dip in the river

early to visit Duke (past of a doggy package of Duke and Dexter) and to say good bye, very sad, very tearfull, but his owners really feel sad that, that time has come. He's in a lot of pain and there's nothing more the vets can do. Of course, when they saw me they (the dogs that is!) went crazy,  luckily I had plenty of doggy treats and their favourite chews with me.(for the dogs, not the owners!)

   Then later, I visited past cat customers, (Kittle) who remembered I love boxes, and had saved me one! I can see gold and pink papers on this one...and finally...

Update on the kitchen...fridgefreezer, dishwasher, washing machine plumbed in and working, still trying to workout how to 'wash quick but spin high!' The cooker's in too, I'll show you that tomorrow! Late 4 last weeks WOYWW-But Here's Todays!!#822 PlusT for Tuesday too!

This is a bit of a mishmash post! as this was really last weeks WOYWW!? #821...but I forgot to post! So scrap that! I was in the mood for covering boxes...so I did! And there's a mug of hot chocolate so I can say 'hello' to T stands for Tuesday too!

I love how this little box turned out....next up...it's that yellow box's turn!

Here's the yellow wrap-around box covered in paper from Home Bargains I think.... It needs a bit more glue on those corners...doesn't it look so much better!

 Having a different breakfast on a little TV table with Tea drink. Even the bedrooms and the living room is filled with kitchen stuff....so no room at all! Below is dinner, with tea...I think I'm getting better at cooking! John used to make Hunter's Chicken loads of times...

 Below, I still had to cover this small washing tablets box (even though it was two o'clock in the morning)...It's been hanging around for ages. (Ceri The Crafter covered one some time last year and I was shouting, yay! I've done that already!) I'd already painted gold on all the corners) And as you can see, my craft room worktop is a lot clearer! So! Hopefully, some real craft may start again very soon! I wanted to join in with Ceri's #MixedMediaMarch25 Challenge but just didn't have the time... there was sooo much to move about...but I'm hoping to join the challenge... Late! Seeing I'm always late! No one will notice!

   This is todays post!! Happy WOYWW!? #822! And Happy Late T for Tuesday too...I'm House/dog sitting AND they've started the kitchen! have I said that already??  It's being delivered either today or tomorrow! Everything's been smashed up! Or recycled if possible. Exciting! But at the same time, a little sad. The breakfast bar's gone... All my own work on those tiles!

What will I craft on and where will I have my breakfast?? When it's gone!?

NO more passing cups of tea through the the hatch... (and no cats, dogs or children, jumping through it either!! (that's another story!) I never did find a place to put my inks!! Once I bought that shelving unit, (seen on the left) it was too big to go back where I had it before...(Changes in the craft room needed!) And!! where am I going to put all my Cornish pots??

Here's the Plans, I'm having different tites though. Plus my Tea drink for T for Tuesday! So, I'll keep you posted about the kitchen...

 This will be the very first 'real' kitchen this bungalow has ever had! Before it was just bits of wood with doors hanging from them...

   John and I did our best, with a second-hand sink unit, and some secondhand cupboards...but it was all one big 'bodge' so I'm looking forward to the end result! More next week! Happy WOYWW! And Happy T day too! Thank you for stopping by!
