Wooly Wonders from Rose

I had to nab this from Rose's blog (I asked first!) don't you think that fairy sized jumper is just too cute! I love the colours. A lot of work and detail has gone into making this card. I'll let Rose tell you how she made it but don't forget to pop over and have a look at some of her other makes, the link to her blog is below this and just above the picture...
Over to you Rose.....
For the base I used pink pearl card, and the
backing paper is Wild Asparagus. The lettering is from Polkadoodles Sugar Birdies CD, with glitter added round the edges. The flower is die cut and embossed on my cuttlebug.

I knit the little jumper and made knitting needles out of cocktail sticks and beads.

The stitch markers are made from glass beads and silver plated findings.

  4. Have been thinking about doing something similar for ages-my exes Mum used to make little hedgehogs out of teasles and knit them a little bit of knitting like that and I am definitely making one for my seven year old niece who is just learning to knit. Love the blog thanks again BettyXXX
